Once you upload your image, file or text at checkout, we typically engrave and dispatch within 2–3 working days. Royal Mail Tracked then adds 2–3 days for UK delivery. Rush processing is available as a checkout add-on on most pieces — useful when you're cutting it close on a date.

Every personalised order ships in our signature Abiza pouch — add the gift box and a card at checkout if you'd like the full gifting presentation. Our engraved pieces are stainless steel with 18K Gold, Rose Gold or Silver PVD plating — water-resistant, tarnish-free and designed for daily wear. The laser-cut engraving is built to last. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear, and store in your Abiza pouch when not worn.
