How can I get in touch with Abiza?

We work Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 16:30 GMT. All messages will be replied the next working day, in the order they have been received. You can reach us using our Contact Form or email us at info@abiza.co.uk.

How can I send my order as a gift?

All items arrive in a cushioned, black Abiza branded gift box.

Please tick the gift wrap option at the checkout if you want your box tied with a golden ribbon and/or a hand-written gift card added to your order with your personal gift note.

We never include any document with price information inside your package.

Please remember to change the shipping address to receiver’s!

I entered a wrong shipping address, what can I do?

Contact us right away! If you give us the correct address, we will create your shipping label accordingly. If your order has already shipped, we can’t intercept anymore. However, we will give you the necessary info so that you can contact your local postal service for a redirection. Success depends on your postal service. If the package is returned to us, we will reship it the address of your choice. We will have to charge you the re-shipping cost.

I did not receive my package, what should I do?

Although rare, delays may happen especially in seasonal busy times and due to random custom checks. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our control. We have to wait for 25 working days, until the package is declared as lost. At that point, we either send you a replacement or issue a full refund. All our packages are insured and our promise to you is, we will not let any buyer to incur any loss due to postal problems, unless entered address was incorrect.

If you need your jewellery urgently, please consider express shipping options and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need your jewellery for a specific time or event.

Are your materials sourced Ethically?

Absolutely yes! We put extra effort in ensuring we keep it that way.

Our own team makes the purchases directly at source, hence we maintain full control over how your the materials are sourced and how your jewellery is made.

Are you using genuine gemstones?

Yes. All our gemstones are genuine. We may have a few exceptions. In those cases, it is clearly stated in the listing

Is your jewellery Nickel-Free?

All our jewellery is 100% nickel free!

What is Gold Filled?

It is a great economical alternative to solid gold. An actual layer of gold is pressure bonded to another metal. GF is not to be confused with gold plating as it literally has 100% more gold than gold plating. GF is much more valuable and tarnish resistant. It does not flake off, rub off or turn colours. As a matter of fact, anyone who can wear gold can wear gold filled.
