This bracelet is beautifully crafted, exuding elegance and high quality. The delivery was timely and efficient. This is my second bracelet from Abiza, and would be purchasing more.

Amazing communication throughout

Issues with delivery of product with Royal Mail but this company were brilliant with communication. Unfortunately when the parcel arrived it was the incorrect product but once again this was so quickly rectified by the company. They were so quick to respond to emails and really were the best company to deal with. Highly recommend and would order again from them.

Beautiful bracelet with colour that doesn't overpower

Having bought from Abiza before, I knew that the quality, packaging and delivery would be first rate.
This bracelet is beautiful and although I thought some of the stone colours might overpower it, they don't, it's comfortable to wear, great that it's adjustable and goes with pretty much anything. I haven't worn it a lot yet so haven't given the Chakras enough time but so glad I purchased this and have got my eye on my next purchase. Thanks Abiza!

Avoid this company – poor quality and even worse customer service

I would strongly advise against ordering from this company.

After receiving a personalised necklace as a gift, I paid £31 for a replacement when it broke after just over a year, even though it was out of warranty, I still wanted the piece and accepted their goodwill offer.

The replacement I received was faulty (the name was misspelled), and despite being polite and patient in requesting a corrected version and a refund for the inconvenience, I was met with a dismissive and defensive attitude.

When I asked to escalate the issue and mentioned I would leave an honest review if it wasn’t resolved, they abruptly cancelled my order, issued a refund, and accused me of “threatening” them, all because I calmly expressed disappointment with how they handled a mistake that was entirely their own.

This is not how a professional or customer-focused business behaves. The jewellery may look nice, but the quality is questionable, and the customer service is genuinely some of the worst I’ve experienced.

There are many better independent jewellery brands out there, I’d recommend spending your money with one that values its customers.

Your original necklace was purchased over 14 months ago, well outside our 3-month warranty period. Despite this, we offered to remake it at half price (£31) as a gesture of goodwill, even though silver prices had risen by more than 80% since your order.

A minor human error occurred on the replacement, and we immediately offered to remake it and upgrade your delivery at no cost. You then requested both a full refund and a new necklace, which is not a fair or reasonable expectation under any retail policy.

We therefore issued you a full refund and closed the case. You were fully reimbursed and not left out of pocket.

We always strive to act fairly and generously towards our customers, but we cannot agree to demands that go beyond reasonable standards — something no reputable business would accept.

Medical alert bracelet

Hi, been looking for one of these that's deemed nice enough for my 17 yr old daughter to actually wear, I needed asap as she is going to a festival and I needed peace of mind. Ordered Mon evening and it has just arrived wed morning AMAZING service, it is nicer than in photos, really good quality, engraved exactly as asked, and she likes and agrees to wear it.
