When will my purchase ship?
Most orders will be made and posted within 2-3 days time frame. Usually the next day.
Majority of them are made to order specially for you, in your preferred metal and size. Please contact us before your purchase if it's time sensitive.
How long does the shipping take?
All international orders ship by Royal Mail Tracked Service. If the order value is higher than £100, we will send it with "Signed For" option. If they can't find you at the address to sign, it is your responsibility to arrange pick-up/re-delivery with your post office.
Usual delivery time frame is 7-10 days, less for EU.
UK orders ship by Royal Mail 24 Signed For with next day delivery.
Although rarely, sometimes delays may happen especially in seasonal busy times and due to custom checks. Unfortunately this is completely out of our control. For any cancellation and refund requests due to delays, I have to wait 25 working days to start a claim with Royal Mail.
If you need the item urgently, please consider express shipment options.
It is always a good idea to check with us for options of delivery by a certain date.

We take measurements carefully, they are all written in close approximations and in clear bullet points style, so you can read easily.
Almost all listings include a photo to show the scale.
Please take a minute to read them and check all images to avoid disappointment.
All items arrive in a cushioned, black Abiza box. Trying to minimise the environmental impact, we ship in padded envelopes rather than bulky boxes. While perfectly adequate to protect your jewellery during transit, we create minimum waste. It will also fit through your letterbox. There will be no indication of what is inside on the package.
If the purchase is intended for a gift, please leave us a note at the checkout, we will than put a nice ribbon on the jewellery box. We can also add a gift note on request if you let us know.
Custom and personalised orders
Custom order is anything created just for you. It can be a variation of an existing item currently not offered in the shop or completely new design made specifically from your imagination.
These items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange and cannot be cancelled once I start on your order, that includes ordering materials specifically for your purchase.
How to care for my jewellery?
We strive to source the best quality materials and take great care while making your orders but the style of our pieces are dainty, delicate. Please do not shower, swim or sleep in your jewellery.
Keep all jewellery separately, best in airtight bags. Gemstones have varying hardness and harder ones might scratch softer stones. Widely available mini polish pads for gold and silver are brilliant for cleaning.
Will I receive the exact same item shown?
We work with natural stones and each time do our best to recreate the first one made but you won't receive the exact same one, because each stone has slightly different characteristics which make your jewelry unique.
Especially with uncut, rough stones or crystals with matrix such as Turquoise this is simply impossible as each one is unique and one of a kind but I carefully select each stone I use and don't send anything that I would not like to receive.
What is Gold Fill?
14K Gold Filled is a great alternative to precious solid gold. If you take good care, it will last you a life time. It will not chip or flake like gold plated but please keep it away from chemicals like chlorine, bleach, perfume etc. These might damage it beyond repair. Always put it on last and take it off first.
