Every Abiza chakra bracelet holds the same seven natural stones — one for each chakra from root to crown. The difference is how you wear it.

- Real 7 Chakra Bracelet — our dainty stacking style on 3mm diamond-cut beads. Wear it alone or layer with the rest of our skinnies.
- Chakra Bead Bracelet — our fine statement strand on 4mm beads with citrine at the solar plexus. A premium gifting piece.
The seven chakras, the seven stones

- Root Chakra — grounding, stability and security. Stone: garnet.
- Sacral Chakra — creativity, joy and emotional flow. Stone: carnelian.
- Solar Plexus Chakra — confidence, willpower and personal power. Stones: yellow agate (skinny + slider) or citrine (fine).
- Heart Chakra — love, compassion and connection. Stone: peridot.
- Throat Chakra — clear communication and inner truth. Stone: aquamarine.
- Third Eye Chakra — intuition and inner vision. Stone: lapis lazuli.
