Measure your wrist just below the bone and add about 1.5cm (½"). -

About Mother of Pearl
Mother of pearl is the iridescent inner layer of oyster and mollusc shells — the same layer that, over many years, slowly builds up to form a pearl. Its name comes from this connection: the "mother" that creates the pearl. Long associated with the moon, the ocean and feminine wisdom, mother of pearl is connected to the crown and third-eye chakras and traditionally worn for intuition, calm and the gentle, protective energy of motherhood. Care
Mother of pearl is organic and benefits from gentle care. Wipe with a soft cloth after wear and avoid prolonged contact with perfume, lotion, hairspray and chlorinated water. The chain is fully water and tarnish resistant — but the mother of pearl beads themselves prefer a little protection.

Wrap a tape measure around the widest part of your hand (knuckles to opposite side, thumb tucked in). If it's under 23cm, the bracelet will fit comfortably.
