Necklace Size Guide
Choose your length on the product page. Most of our necklaces come in 14" to 22", with an extender chain for a little extra adjustment.

14" (35cm) – choker
Sits close around the base of the neck. -
16" (40cm) – collarbone
Falls just below the collarbone. Ideal for small pendants and initials. -
18" (45cm) – our most popular
Rests on the upper chest. The safest choice for a gift. -
20" (50cm) – relaxed
Sits a little lower, and is lovely for layering. -
22" (56cm) – longer
Mid-chest, for layering or a longer look.
In-between lengths (15", 17", 19" and 21") are available too. Most necklaces come with a 1" (2.5cm) extender, and some with 2" (5cm) – the product details say which.
How to measure: put a piece of string around your neck where you'd like the necklace to sit, then measure it flat.
Layering tip: choose lengths about 2" apart so each necklace sits on its own.

- Choose your chain — dainty cable (1.2mm), box (2mm) or curb (3mm)
- Enter the name to be engraved on the 16mm coin pendant
- Choose the birthstone month for the 6mm charm
- Add to basket — we engrave to order in our Chester studio

- UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail): £3.50, free on UK orders over £75. Usually 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- UK Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £6.50. Usually 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Your estimated delivery date, including making time, is shown above and in your order confirmation.
- Our parcels are letterbox-sized and don't need a signature.
- Ordered as standard, without engraving, personalisation or a custom size? You can return it within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you.
- If you add engraving or personalisation, or ask us for a custom length or size, the piece is made just for you and can't be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. See our Returns Policy for full details.
- Sent by Royal Mail International Tracked, fully insured.
- US: no customs or import charges to pay. We cover them.
- EU: import charges are collected at checkout, so there's nothing more to pay on delivery.
- All other countries: UK VAT is removed at checkout. Any customs or import charges are set by your country and payable on delivery, so please check your local rules before ordering.
