Necklace Size Guide
Choose your length on the product page. Most of our necklaces come in 14" to 22", with an extender chain for a little extra adjustment.

14" (35cm) – choker
Sits close around the base of the neck. -
16" (40cm) – collarbone
Falls just below the collarbone. Ideal for small pendants and initials. -
18" (45cm) – our most popular
Rests on the upper chest. The safest choice for a gift. -
20" (50cm) – relaxed
Sits a little lower, and is lovely for layering. -
22" (56cm) – longer
Mid-chest, for layering or a longer look.
In-between lengths (15", 17", 19" and 21") are available too. Most necklaces come with a 1" (2.5cm) extender, and some with 2" (5cm) – the product details say which.
How to measure: put a piece of string around your neck where you'd like the necklace to sit, then measure it flat.
Layering tip: choose lengths about 2" apart so each necklace sits on its own.

The Design
One ring charm holding a birthstone for every person who matters, with their names engraved alongside. The stones sit together rather than in a row, so the piece reads as a family rather than a list — dainty enough for daily wear, and clear enough that she can pick out each child at a glance.
How the Personalisation Works
Add up to 30 characters in the personalisation box — names, a short message, a quote or Roman numerals — and choose a birthstone for each. There are two fonts: Font 1 (Futura) sets your names in Capitalised Case, and Font 2 (Bebas Neue) is ALL CAPITALS. The font chart in the product images shows both.
The length you choose is the total chain length including the names, so a 16" selection arrives as chain plus names measuring 16" / 40cm. Every piece comes with a 1" extension chain for the perfect fit.

- Choose your font: Font 1 (Futura) or Font 2 (Bebas Neue, ALL CAPITALS)
- Choose how many birthstones you want, from one to five — or No Birthstones for the engraving on its own
- Choose your finish — silver or 18K gold plated — and your chain length
- Add our Gift Box & Card option (£5) if you would like it boxed with a gift card
Your names are engraved exactly as you type them, so please check the spelling and the birth months before you order — it goes to the bench as soon as it is placed.
Turnaround
Made to order, with a standard turnaround of around 3 business days. Add Rush My Order for £10 and your piece is made and shipped within 1 business day.
Care
Water, sweat and tarnish resistant, and safe for daily wear. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear and avoid prolonged contact with perfume, lotion and chlorinated water to keep the engraving crisp and the birthstones bright.

Each necklace is made to order in our Chester studio. If anything is not right when it arrives, contact us straight away and we will put it right.

- UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail): £3.50, free on UK orders over £75. Usually 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- UK Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £6.50. Usually 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Your estimated delivery date, including making time, is shown above and in your order confirmation.
- Our parcels are letterbox-sized and don't need a signature.
- Ordered as standard, without engraving, personalisation or a custom size? You can return it within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you.
- If you add engraving or personalisation, or ask us for a custom length or size, the piece is made just for you and can't be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. See our Returns Policy for full details.
- Sent by Royal Mail International Tracked, fully insured.
- US: no customs or import charges to pay. We cover them.
- EU: import charges are collected at checkout, so there's nothing more to pay on delivery.
- All other countries: UK VAT is removed at checkout. Any customs or import charges are set by your country and payable on delivery, so please check your local rules before ordering.
