Necklace Size Guide
Choose your length on the product page. Most of our necklaces come in 14" to 22", with an extender chain for a little extra adjustment.

14" (35cm) – choker
Sits close around the base of the neck. -
16" (40cm) – collarbone
Falls just below the collarbone. Ideal for small pendants and initials. -
18" (45cm) – our most popular
Rests on the upper chest. The safest choice for a gift. -
20" (50cm) – relaxed
Sits a little lower, and is lovely for layering. -
22" (56cm) – longer
Mid-chest, for layering or a longer look.
In-between lengths (15", 17", 19" and 21") are available too. Most necklaces come with a 1" (2.5cm) extender, and some with 2" (5cm) – the product details say which.
How to measure: put a piece of string around your neck where you'd like the necklace to sit, then measure it flat.
Layering tip: choose lengths about 2" apart so each necklace sits on its own.

The whole first day, on one disc.
Name, date, weight, length, time of birth — the details you repeated to everyone who rang that week, engraved on a polished 21mm disc under a small illustration. The numbers stop meaning much to anyone else after a while. They never stop meaning something to her.
Three Finishes, One Design
Silver, 18K gold or 18K rose gold, plated over surgical-grade stainless steel. The plating is PVD, so it holds its colour through daily wear — including through everything a newborn involves.

What to Send Us
- Pick your design number (1–6) from the images.
- Give us the name, date, weight, length and time in the personalisation box.
- Weight in grams or pounds and ounces, length in centimetres or inches — whichever is on the red book. We engrave it the way you write it.
- If any detail is missing or you would rather leave something off, just tell us and we will set the rest out evenly.
Twins, or a Second Baby
The reverse can take a second set of details, so twins can share one pendant, or a second baby can be added later. Choose the double-sided option and leave the details for both sides.
Which Length?
Choose from 14" to 22" in the personalisation box. 14–16" sits high on the neck as a choker; 18" is the everyday length and the one most people wear; 20–22" sits lower on the chest and layers well. Buying it as a gift and not sure? 18" suits most people. Our necklace length guide has the measurements.
Made to Be Worn, Not Put Away
It is hypoallergenic and will not tarnish, so it survives the shower, the school run and small hands pulling at it. That matters for a piece someone is given in the first weeks and then wears for years.
A Gift for the First Weeks

The plating is water and tarnish resistant, so everyday wear is no problem. To keep the shine for longer, take it off before swimming, saunas or applying perfume and lotion, and store it in your Abiza pouch when it is not on. - Sent by Royal Mail International Tracked, fully insured.
- US: no customs or import charges to pay. We cover them.
- EU: import charges are collected at checkout, so there's nothing more to pay on delivery.
