Choosing the right necklace length can make all the difference to how your jewellery sits and feels. Our visual guide shows the four most popular lengths on an average neckline so you can easily see where each one falls:

14" – Choker Length
Sits closely around the base of the neck. Perfect for a snug, elegant fit or for layering with longer pieces. -
16" – Classic Short Necklace
Falls just below the collarbone on most people. A timeless everyday length and ideal for small pendants. -
18" – Standard Pendant Length
Rests on the upper chest. This is our most popular and versatile length for gifting, flattering most necklines. -
20" – Longer, Relaxed Length
Sits a little lower on the chest for an effortlessly elegant look. Great for creating a layered style or adding extra movement.
Tip: Everyone’s proportions are a little different. If you're choosing a gift, 18" is the safest all-round option—beautiful on its own and easy to layer with other pieces.

This piece will be custom made especially for you by hand in our studio with love and care. We can't accept returns or exchanges on customised pieces. Changes only possible if we have not started on your order.
How to Order
- Please upload a high-quality and clear image in a well-lit environment and watch us highlight the key details of your pet to create an engraving ready for illustration.
- If you have any specific requirements for your drawing, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your requirement. If your request is not possible, we will let you know straightaway.

Please keep in mind that each individual order is uniquely hand-drawn with a specialised technique and it therefore takes time. Thus, we can't show the design preview before ordering unless you purchase the 'Digital File Add-On' for an additional £5.
- Please keep in mind that the 'Digital File Add-On' gives you a one-off modification for your design and if you are still not satisfied with your design preview after the modification and would like a 'Cancellation' instead, your refund will exclude the 'Digital File Add-On' you have paid for (£5).
- Our designers go straight to work on your order as soon as it has been placed, so any changes or cancellations requested after 1 hour of placing your order cannot be guaranteed because the order might already be in production.
- If you'd like 'Double-Sided' engraving please leave the details for both sides.
- Your order will come in a suede gift pouch as shown in the images. Tick the gift wrap option for a gift box and a handwritten gift card.
