Choosing the right necklace length can make all the difference to how your jewellery sits and feels. Our visual guide shows the four most popular lengths on an average neckline so you can easily see where each one falls:

14" – Choker Length
Sits closely around the base of the neck. Perfect for a snug, elegant fit or for layering with longer pieces. -
16" – Classic Short Necklace
Falls just below the collarbone on most people. A timeless everyday length and ideal for small pendants. -
18" – Standard Pendant Length
Rests on the upper chest. This is our most popular and versatile length for gifting, flattering most necklines. -
20" – Longer, Relaxed Length
Sits a little lower on the chest for an effortlessly elegant look. Great for creating a layered style or adding extra movement.
Tip: Everyone’s proportions are a little different. If you're choosing a gift, 18" is the safest all-round option—beautiful on its own and easy to layer with other pieces.

Our designers go straight to work on your order as soon as it has been placed, so any changes or cancellations requested after 1 hour of placing your order cannot be guaranteed because the order might already be in production.
- This piece will be custom made for you by hand in our studio with love and care. We can't accept returns on customised pieces.
How to Order
- Please choose how many CHARACTERS you'd like on the necklace from the DROP-DOWN MENU and pick yours NAME / INITIAL / SYMBOLS in the from the provided boxes in the order you'd like them as in the examples below.
- Available charms are ♡ - ★ - 🦋 - ✝ - &
- Please note that each charm counts as a CHARACTER
Example:
A ♡ C ★ D ♡ = 6 Characters
E ✝ M = 3 Characters - Your necklace will come in ALL CAPITALS.
- The length option is the TOTAL chain length including the name. If you order an 16" chain, the necklace will come as CHAIN + DESIGN = 16"/40cm. All pieces will come with a 1" extension chain for the PERFECT FIT.
- Your order will come in a suede gift pouch as shown in the images. Tick the gift wrap option at the checkout for a gift box and a handwritten gift card.

This item is custom-made to order. Our standard turnaround time is about 3 business days but you can upgrade to 'Rush My Order' selection for an additional £10 if you would like your item to be made and shipped within 1 business day.
- Express Shipping is also available at the checkout but this does not change production times.
