Real ruby, hand-strung in the UK
Real ruby graduated from deep wine-red through magenta and rose to a pale clear centre, then mirrored back — hand-cut faceted 3–3.5mm rondelle beads catching the light through the colour shift. Ruby is one of the four precious gemstones and the July birthstone, prized for its colour saturation and durability (Mohs 9). Our Fine version sits the ombré bar at the front of the strand — a little over half the visible length — with 2mm metal beads strung continuously along the back of the wrist to the lobster clasp. Hand-strung in our Chester studio, each piece quality-checked individually; the palest beads carry natural character that's part of the stone.
A July Birthstone for Bold Hearts
Ruby is the July birthstone — a piece for a July birthday, a milestone anniversary, or the kind of person who wears their warmth on the outside. Long carried as a stone of love, courage and vitality, our ombré Fine version sits the colour shift like a slow sunrise on the wrist: deep wine-red framing each end of the bar, pale clear at the centre, with magenta and rose flowing between. Materials and Finishes
Available in three finishes: Sterling Silver, 14K Gold Filled, and Rose Gold Filled — the ombré ruby bar sits at the front of the strand on 3–3.5mm hand-cut faceted beads, with 2mm metal beads strung continuously along the back to the lobster clasp and 1.5" extender chain. The bar covers a little over half the visible length; the metal-bead back keeps the bracelet light on the wrist and lets the ombré read clearly across the front.
Sizing
Adjustable from 6.5" to 8" (16.5–20 cm) using the extender chain — suitable for most wrist sizes. Not sure of your size? Measure around your wrist with a soft tape, then add ½" (1 cm) for a comfortable fit. Custom lengths available on request, just send a message before ordering.
