Necklace Size Guide
Choose your length on the product page. Most of our necklaces come in 14" to 22", with an extender chain for a little extra adjustment.

14" (35cm) – choker
Sits close around the base of the neck. -
16" (40cm) – collarbone
Falls just below the collarbone. Ideal for small pendants and initials. -
18" (45cm) – our most popular
Rests on the upper chest. The safest choice for a gift. -
20" (50cm) – relaxed
Sits a little lower, and is lovely for layering. -
22" (56cm) – longer
Mid-chest, for layering or a longer look.
In-between lengths (15", 17", 19" and 21") are available too. Most necklaces come with a 1" (2.5cm) extender, and some with 2" (5cm) – the product details say which.
How to measure: put a piece of string around your neck where you'd like the necklace to sit, then measure it flat.
Layering tip: choose lengths about 2" apart so each necklace sits on its own.

How to Personalise
Add each name or word (up to 10 characters) in the personalisation box — one entry per bar. The font is shown in the product images, and you can pair a gold bar with a silver one or keep both in the same tone. Not sure which length suits? See our necklace length guide.
Every bar is engraved to order in our Chester studio, so please double-check names and spellings before ordering — personalised pieces can't be returned unless faulty.

Care
Stainless steel is made for everyday wear and won't tarnish. To keep the plated finish at its best, avoid spraying perfume or lotion directly onto the bars, and store your necklace in its Abiza pouch when you're not wearing it.

- Sent by Royal Mail International Tracked, fully insured.
- US: no customs or import charges to pay. We cover them.
- EU: import charges are collected at checkout, so there's nothing more to pay on delivery.
- All other countries: UK VAT is removed at checkout. Any customs or import charges are set by your country and payable on delivery, so please check your local rules before ordering.
