Necklace Size Guide
Choose your length on the product page. Most of our necklaces come in 14" to 22", with an extender chain for a little extra adjustment.

14" (35cm) – choker
Sits close around the base of the neck. -
16" (40cm) – collarbone
Falls just below the collarbone. Ideal for small pendants and initials. -
18" (45cm) – our most popular
Rests on the upper chest. The safest choice for a gift. -
20" (50cm) – relaxed
Sits a little lower, and is lovely for layering. -
22" (56cm) – longer
Mid-chest, for layering or a longer look.
In-between lengths (15", 17", 19" and 21") are available too. Most necklaces come with a 1" (2.5cm) extender, and some with 2" (5cm) – the product details say which.
How to measure: put a piece of string around your neck where you'd like the necklace to sit, then measure it flat.
Layering tip: choose lengths about 2" apart so each necklace sits on its own.

The Design
Each letter and charm is a separate physical pendant (not engraved on a disc), strung along the chain so they hang gently at the collarbone. The heart charm sits between, alongside or at the end of your initials — wherever you want it in the sequence.
It's the heart that turns this from a personalised initial necklace into a quiet love note — paired with a couple's initials, a family combination, or just one initial alongside the heart for someone you love.

Made to Order
Each necklace is made to order in our Chester studio. Please double-check the spelling and order of your characters before checkout — once production starts we can't make changes. Because each piece is personalised, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on customised pieces unless there's a fault on our end.
Care
Hypoallergenic, water and tarnish-resistant — safe for daily wear including showers and exercise. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear and avoid prolonged contact with perfume, lotion and chlorinated water to keep the finish at its best for years.
