- Please note that Box Chain is only available in 16+2" inches and you will therefore not be offered variations in length if you have selected 'Box Chain'.
- Our designers go straight to work on your order as soon as it has been placed, so any changes or cancellations requested after 1 hour of placing your order cannot be guaranteed because the order might already be in production.
- This piece will be custom made especially for you by hand in our studio with love and care. We can't accept returns or exchanges on customised pieces.
How to Order
- Please check all the Design Options from the images and let us know your choice of 'Design 1' or 'Design 2' with or without the 'Date' from the 2nd drop-down menu.
- Please choose the Font you'd like. Font Options are available in the images. Necklace will come in ALL CAPITALS unless specifically requested otherwise.
- If you'd like an engraving on 'Both Sides' please enter the required information in the provided. Personalisation Box.
- All necklaces will come with a 2" extension chain for the PERFECT FIT.
- Your order will come in a suede gift pouch as shown in the images. Tick the gift wrap option for a gift box and a handwritten gift card.
Turn Around Time
- This item is custom-made to order. Our standard turnaround time is about 3 business days but you can upgrade to 'Rush My Order' selection for an additional £10 if you would like your item to be made and shipped within 1 business day.
- EXPRESS SHIPPING is also available at the checkout. This does not change production times.
