Each necklace is engraved to order in our Chester studio. Our designers go straight to your order as soon as it has been placed, so we can't guarantee changes within an hour of ordering — please double-check spelling, dates and any special characters before checkout. Because each piece is personalised, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on customised pieces unless there's a fault on our end.

Care

Hypoallergenic, water and tarnish-resistant — safe for daily wear including showers and exercise. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear and avoid prolonged contact with perfume, lotion and chlorinated water to keep both the engraving and the finish at their best for years.
