About the Solar Plexus Chakra
The solar plexus chakra — Manipura in Sanskrit — is the third of the seven main chakras. It sits between the navel and the breastbone and governs personal power, self-esteem, confidence and the drive to move forward. When Manipura is in balance, you feel warm, capable and decisive. When it's depleted, you feel small, hesitant, or stuck. The traditional colour is yellow, and the stones associated with it are almost always warm-toned: golds, coppers and sunlit yellows.

Every piece in this collection is built around a solar plexus stone. These are the ones we stock:
- Citrine — the lead stone for the solar plexus and the one we return to most often. Warm, optimistic, and long linked to abundance and self-worth. You'll find it across bracelets, necklaces, rings and earrings in this collection, and it's also the traditional November birthstone.
- Tiger's Eye — grounded confidence. Traditionally chosen for decision-making, courage and cutting through indecision.
- Pyrite — often called the confidence stone. Protective, drive-building, and quietly striking with its metallic gold finish.
- Sunstone — vitality and joy. A good choice for moments where you need to feel less stuck and more open.
- Imperial Topaz — a rarer, brighter yellow. Clarity, focus and abundance.
- Fire Opal — creative fire. Sits at the crossover between the solar plexus and the sacral chakra below it.
- Obsidian — the grounding companion. We include it here because Manipura work sometimes needs an anchor stone alongside the warm ones.
How to Wear It
Solar plexus jewellery is worn wherever it sits close to you. A skinny Citrine or Tiger's Eye bracelet is the easiest everyday piece — wear one on its own or stack two or three. A Citrine or Pyrite necklace worn long enough to rest near the solar plexus itself is the traditional choice for focused work, presentations, or anything asking for a bit more confidence. Stud earrings work quietly as a daily reminder.
