As long as usage instructions are followed, we do not expect any problems with our products. However in exceptional cases when you face a problem, we will fully support you, please get in touch with us.

We will carefully investigate the issue. If we conclude that it is related to a part or craftsmanship failure, we will either repair or replace it, at no additional cost to you including shipping between Abiza and you, within 6 MONTHS of purchase.

For any other reason if you need a repair, we will do it free of charge for you for the first 12 MONTHS after purchase. Buyer will need to cover the shipping cost.
