As long as usage instructions are followed, we do not expect any problems with our products. However in exceptional cases when you face a problem, we will fully support you, please get in touch with us.
We will carefully investigate the issue. If we conclude that it is related to a part or craftsmanship failure, we will either repair or replace it, ensuring it is as good as new, at no additional cost to you including shipping between Abiza and you, within 6 MONTHS of purchase.
For any other reason if you need a repair, we will do it free of charge for you for the first 12 MONTHS after purchase. Buyer will need to cover the shipping cost.
