- Our designers go straight to work on your order as soon as it has been placed, so any changes or cancellations requested after 1 hour of placing your order cannot be guaranteed because the order might already be in production.
- This piece will be custom made especially for you by hand in our studio with love and care. We can't accept returns or exchanges on customised pieces.
How to Order
- Please enter the 'NAME' you would like in the Personalisation Box.
- Please note that the name will be engraved in ALL LOWERCASE for design purposes as shown in the product images and 'Font Chart' unless specifically requested otherwise.
- Please note that Box Chain is only available in 16+2" inches and you will therefore not be offered variations in length if you select 'Box Chain'.
- All necklaces will come with a 2" extension chain for the PERFECT FIT.
- Your order will come in a suede gift pouch as shown in the images. Tick the gift wrap option for a gift box and a handwritten gift card.
Turn Around Time
- This item is custom-made to order. Our standard turnaround time is about 3 business days but you can upgrade to 'Rush My Order' selection for an additional £10 if you would like your item to be made and shipped within 1 business day.
- EXPRESS SHIPPING is also available at the checkout. This does not change production times.
