London Blue Topaz Marquise Ring
A ring that fits well gets worn every day. One that doesn't tends to live in a drawer. The chart below covers UK, US and EU sizes, and the two methods underneath show simple ways to measure at home using things you already have. If you're unsure, email us at info@abiza.co.uk and we'll talk it through.

How to measure your ring size at home
You don't need a ring sizer to get a reliable measurement. Two methods work well — pick whichever is easier with what you have to hand.
Method 1 — Measure a ring you already own
Find a ring that fits the right finger comfortably. Lay it flat and measure the inside diameter (edge to edge across the inside of the band) in millimetres using a ruler. Match that measurement to the chart above to find your size.
This is the most accurate method if you already have a well-fitting ring to copy.
Method 2 — Use a piece of string
- Take a piece of string, ribbon or thin paper strip.
- Wrap it around the base of the finger you want to size.
- Mark where it overlaps with a pen.
- Lay the string flat and measure the length

London Blue Topaz has a depth of colour most blue stones don't reach — a rich, vivid blue that sits somewhere between sapphire and the deep ocean. The marquise cut brings out that colour fully, with three white topaz accents on either side keeping the setting delicate. A ring that reads as considered without being elaborate.

Silver or gold vermeil?
The silver version lets the London Blue do the work — the cool tone of sterling silver sits naturally alongside the stone's deep blue. The gold version warms the overall piece and adds contrast, making the blue appear even more vivid by comparison. Both are sterling silver at the base; the gold finish is 18K gold vermeil plated over 925 sterling silver. Not sure about gold vermeil? Read our guide.
The stone — London Blue Topaz
London Blue Topaz is genuine topaz heat-treated to achieve its characteristic deep blue colour — a standard and widely accepted practice in the industry for blue topaz. The colour is stable and permanent; it won't fade with normal wear. It's one of December's birthstones, traditionally associated with clarity, communication, and self-expression. For more on December's birthstones, read our December Birthstone Guide.
Care
Topaz is a durable stone but benefits from sensible care. Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, and lotion to preserve the vermeil finish and the stone's clarity. Store in the Abiza box when not worn. Clean gently with a soft damp cloth.
