- This piece will be custom-made for you by hand in our studio with love and care. We can't accept returns on customised pieces.
How to Order
- Please enter the INITIALS/CHARMS/NAME you'd like in the PERSONALISATION BOX (Up to 4 Characters).
- Available charms are ♡ - ★ - 🦋 - ✝ - &
- Please note that each charm counts as a CHARACTER
- Example: A ♡ C ★ = 4 Characters
- Your bracelet will come in ALL CAPITALS.
- The size option is the TOTAL chain length including the NAME + CLASP. If you order a 7" bracelet, the bracelet will come as CHAIN + NAME + CLASP = 7"/ 17.80 cm. All pieces will come with a 1" extension chain for the PERFECT FIT.
- We recommend ordering a bracelet 1.2 cm / 0.5" larger than your actual wrist size.
- Your order will come in a suede gift pouch as shown in the images. Tick the gift wrap option for a gift box and a handwritten gift card.
Turn Around Time
- This item is custom-made to order. Our standard turnaround time is about 3 business days but you can upgrade to 'Rush My Order' selection for an additional £10 if you would like your item to be made and shipped within 1 business day.
- Express Shipping is also available at the checkout but this does not change production times.
