UK Exchange - 2 way shipping

This listing is for our buyers who would like to exchange their jewellery, in order to make it as easy and convenient as possible.
Please note;

• A Royal Mail return label will be emailed to you. You can attach the label to your package and drop it off at your Post Office
• Your new jewellery will be shipped to you via Royal Mail
• Any difference in the value of the item is NOT included
• Please email us before purchasing the exchange and get authorisation
• Only for customers in the UK

Please pack the item as you received it to avoid damage.
It will be very helpful to us if you could add a note into the package with your name, order number and your request so we can quickly process it.
