You sometimes learn more about a company when things go wrong, and Abiza proved their mettle. There were a few defects on the pendant of the original necklace I received. On emailing Abiza, including photos of the areas of concern, Abiza immediately accepted accountability and apologised, offering to send a replacement. No quibbles, no fuss, just a solution. A replacement was duly sent, and it’s beautiful and perfect.
