For customer queries
Use the form below or email info@abiza.co.uk for anything to do with your order, including:
- questions about a piece before you buy it (sizing, materials, gemstones, plating);
- help with personalisation — engraving, names, dates, photos, paw prints, handwriting;
- dispatch and delivery updates;
- returns and exchanges (please read our Terms & Conditions first — personalised items are made to order and have specific rules);
- anything that's gone wrong — please tell us before leaving a review and we'll do our best to put it right.
Quick answers
A handful of things customers ask us most often:
- Returns: 14 days for non-personalised items. Personalised items are excluded under UK consumer law (CCR 2013, reg 28(1)(b)). Full detail in our Terms & Conditions.
- Faulty or damaged on arrival: email us within 30 days with photographs and your order number — we'll arrange a return, refund, replacement or repair. Damage caused by accident, misuse, normal wear or contact with chemicals isn't covered. See our Terms & Conditions for full warranty terms.
- Dispatch times: 1–3 working days for stock items; longer for personalised orders (timings shown on each product page).
