About this policy

This policy explains how we dispatch and deliver orders placed at abiza.co.uk. For the full terms governing your purchase, see our Terms of Service.

Where we ship from

We design, make and dispatch every order from our workshop in Chester, UK.

Where we ship to

We ship across the United Kingdom and to most countries internationally. If you can complete checkout to your address, we deliver to your country.

Dispatch times

Dispatch time is how long it takes us to make your order ready and hand it to the carrier. It does not include carrier delivery time.

  • Stock items (non-personalised): dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • Personalised orders: production times are shown on each individual product page. Most personalised pieces dispatch within 3–7 working days; some intricate pieces take longer.
  • Made-to-order or bespoke: longer lead times — see the relevant product page or contact us before ordering.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery options and costs

Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout once you've entered your address. We offer:

  • UK Standard Delivery — typically 2–5 working days from dispatch via Royal Mail.
  • UK Tracked / Signed delivery — typically 1–3 working days from dispatch via Royal Mail.
  • International delivery — timings vary by destination. Estimated times are shown at checkout.

Free UK Standard Delivery on orders over £60.

International orders, customs and duties

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply on arrival in your country. These are set by your country's customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility, not Abiza's.

If your order is held by customs, your local carrier will normally contact you with instructions. Please respond promptly — parcels held too long are returned to us, and the cost of re-dispatch is the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order leaves our workshop. If you've chosen a tracked service, the email will include your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please email info@abiza.co.uk with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate it.

Royal Mail does not classify a UK item as "lost" until 10 working days after the expected delivery date, so we may need to wait that period before issuing a replacement or refund. International items have longer "lost" thresholds — typically 20–25 working days depending on destination.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your delivery address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or out-of-date addresses supplied at checkout.

If you spot an address error within one hour of ordering, contact us straight away at info@abiza.co.uk and we'll do our best to amend it before dispatch.
