Four real crystals, hand-strung in the UK
Our empath protection bracelet brings together four natural stones long associated with protection, calm and emotional grounding — black tourmaline, labradorite, amethyst and rose quartz. The stones sit in soft clusters along the strand, each section gently transitioning into the next, separated by 2mm metal spacer beads that pick up the colour of your chosen finish.
What each stone brings
- Black tourmaline — the protector. Traditionally worn to absorb negative energy and create a sense of grounding.
- Labradorite — the shield. Catches the light with iridescent blue-green flashes, long associated with intuition and protecting the wearer from emotional drain.
- Amethyst — the calmer. Soft purple stone linked to clear thinking, calm focus and restful sleep.
- Rose quartz — the heart-opener. Gentle pink stone associated with self-compassion and emotional softness.

Materials and finish
Choose from three finishes:
- Sterling Silver — solid 925 sterling silver clasp and spacer beads
- 14K Gold Filled — real gold bonded to a brass core, warm and long-wearing
- Rose Gold Filled — real rose gold bonded to a brass core, soft pink tone
Stones are 2.5–3mm natural gemstones — small, dainty, perfect for layering with our other Skinny bracelets.
Sizing
Adjustable 6.5"–8" (16.5–20cm) with a lobster clasp and extender chain. Custom lengths available on request — message us before ordering.
Gift-ready
Hand-strung and quality-checked in our Chester studio, then packed in our signature Abiza pouch with a crystal information card explaining each stone's meaning. Gift box and gift card available as add-ons at checkout.
Care
Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume and lotions to preserve the finish and keep the stones bright. Store flat in the pouch when not worn.
