Real sapphire, hand-strung in the UK
Real sapphire graduated from deep midnight blue through royal blue and pale blue to a clear centre, then mirrored back — hand-cut faceted 3–3.5mm rondelle beads catching the light through the colour shift. Sapphire is one of the four precious gemstones and the September birthstone, prized for its deep colour and durability (Mohs 9). Our Fine version sits the ombré bar at the front of the strand — a little over half the visible length — with 2mm metal beads strung continuously along the back of the wrist to the lobster clasp. Hand-strung in our Chester studio, each piece quality-checked individually.
A September Birthstone for Clear, Steady Minds
Sapphire is the September birthstone — long carried as the stone of wisdom, calm and focus. Worn for centuries by scholars, royalty and seekers of clear thinking, our ombré Fine version sits the colour shift like an evening sky on the wrist: deepest midnight blue framing each end of the bar, pale clear at the centre, with royal blue and softer blue flowing between. Materials and Finishes
Available in three finishes: Sterling Silver, 14K Gold Filled, and Rose Gold Filled — the ombré sapphire bar sits at the front of the strand on 3–3.5mm hand-cut faceted beads, with 2mm metal beads strung continuously along the back to the lobster clasp and 1.5" extender chain. The bar covers a little over half the visible length; the metal-bead back keeps the bracelet light on the wrist and lets the ombré read clearly across the front.
Sizing
Adjustable from 6.5" to 8" (16.5–20 cm) using the extender chain — suitable for most wrist sizes. Not sure of your size? Measure around your wrist with a soft tape, then add ½" (1 cm) for a comfortable fit. Custom lengths available on request, just send a message before ordering.
